• Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over €55.00.

• Standard Shipping: For orders under €55.00, a flat shipping fee of €6.99 (Spain) or €8.99-€12.99 (EU) will be applied at checkout.

2. Delivery Estimates

To provide you with the best value and the latest designs like our LUZ Series, we ship directly from our global manufacturing center.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.

• Estimated Transit Time: * Spain: 8 - 12 business days.

  • Other EU Countries: 10 - 15 business days.

• Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local courier delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or through international tracking platforms.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders within the European Union, Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) or local VAT is generally handled at checkout. However, Zentito is not responsible for any additional customs duties or import taxes applied by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pick up, we reserve the right to charge for re-shipping or withhold the original shipping fee from your refund.
